Data processing
DPA and subprocessors describe who processes data and where.
Signature level
Signu provides simple electronic signatures under eIDAS Article 3(10). They cannot be denied legal effect solely because they are electronic under Article 25(1). Documents that need a qualified signature need a qualified trust service.
Retention
After you cancel, signed files move to EU archive storage. How long they stay depends on country and document type. You choose the period that applies to you.
Hosting
Workspaces run on Hetzner infrastructure in Germany or Finland. Document storage is EU object storage.
