Signu.eu is a managed e-signature control plane. Customer account data and tenant metadata live in PostgreSQL on a Hetzner CX33 in Finland. Signed contracts and attachments are stored in Hetzner Object Storage in the EU, in a single bucket with per-tenant prefixes.

Each paying customer receives an isolated DocuSeal workspace (unmodified upstream image) with its own logical database. We do not mix tenant contract files in a shared application database.

Payment data is processed by Stripe. Transactional email is sent via Brevo. We do not sell personal data.

On cancellation, account data in the control plane is deleted. Signed contracts and audit artefacts are moved to cold storage and kept for 7 years (GoBD).
