Signu provides managed infrastructure around self-hosted DocuSeal. The founding EU workspace is billed monthly at €29 plus applicable tax via Stripe. The plan includes unlimited users and 1,000 documents per year.

Signu provides Simple Electronic Signatures (SES) under eIDAS Article 3(10). SES is not a qualified electronic signature (QES). You are responsible for whether SES meets the legal form required for a given document.

Workspaces run on Hetzner EU compute. Contract files stay on Hetzner EU Object Storage. We operate unmodified DocuSeal containers; we do not ship a proprietary signing UI fork.

You may cancel in Stripe. On cancellation we archive signed files to cold storage for 7 years (GoBD), dump then drop the tenant database, and remove the public hostname. Account records in the control plane are deleted.
